• Analyze SAP errors and perform root cause analysis, provide alternatives, and implement the resolution for all incidents and issues both system and operation. • Conduct Yearly Physical Inventory, create SAP Physical Inventory Document (PID), Enter Count, Re-count and prepare final report to be submitted to Finance. • MM-MIGO Process transferred materials to our different plant/warehouses and branches. • Conduct FITGAP analysis of SAP system and processes and propose alternatives to address issues. • Deliver all agreed new business requests including Service Requests including other problems logged in our ticketing system. • Conduct SAP training for newly hired SCM employees. • Coordinate Controlling Team for the cost issue in different projects and Sales Orders that cause errors during Goods Issuance in SAP • Provide SAP Weekly and monthly reports of Goods Receipts, Delivery Receipts and Inventory Reports • Clean up Inventory records and Sales Orders in our SAP system. • Daily check of SAP newly GR’d materials and process regularization • Document all transactions thru SAP System • Maintain SAP System accurate Inventory both physical and system. • Design and support solutions in Materials Management • Detailed knowledge of system and business process within SAP SCM system using ECC particularly MM-Inventory Management, Logistics-Inbound and Outbound, PR-Purchase Request, SD module -Inbound and Outbound DR. • Adopt SAP ECC Process to S4 HANA all detailed knowledge of system and business process MM-Inventory Management, Logistics-Inbound and Outbound, PR, SD Module • Hands-on process of Inbound/Outbound transactions with warehouse, picking, packing, Handling Unit Management, physical inventory, shipment, and returns Show less
