I oversee a location of Harmony Housing Inc. as the residential manager (highest position possible for location) for the Longacre location which cares for adults who have mental and physical disorders. I make sure that all employed DSP's (Direct Support Personel/Caregivers) are on track with what it is they are suppose to be doing with their job titles. I make sure that the house is up to date on all certified and filed documents for the company and state to use and see how it is the clients are being taken care of at Harmony Housing Inc./Longacre. I also stay in contact and control all medical visits, evaluations, follow-ups, and scheduling for appointments. One a daily I am constantly working on and updating what the housing location needs to be able to continue to move forward so we can keep taking care of our clients. Show less
