  BNPA were the joint venture between the two contractors Ballast-Nedam (NL) and Per Aarsleff (DK). BNPA expanded the cruise ship harbour on Sint Maarten, Nederlands Antilles in 2007 to 2009. Assigned to the off shore construction which consist of a 350 m Jetty, 800 m new quay walls, 50.000 m2 sand reclamation and a breakwater.
