Upon my arrival at Concord Rangers in January 2018, Miki was very accommodating to allowing me to capture shots of him in action when coaching the First Team and allowing me to capture shots of his Under 18's side in their EJA League games that took place on Sunday afternoon. He was also very approachable to talk to in regards to football in general alongside talking about various coaching philosophies that people may have. From my opinion, I noticed how he treated the First Team and Under 18's and it was done with the utmost professionalism and respect which is something that doesn't get seen often in non-league football. He was kind yet serious and respectful about what he wanted to achieve when managing the Under 18's and that has to be applauded. I may have only worked with Miki at the same club for 7 months but he definitely helped me a lot in regards to my media development and also my psychological development. I strongly believe he is one to watch out for the future and maybe in time after learning a bit more in the game, he could return to the club where he learned his trade from in the first place. I wish him all the best for the future in the game and at some point, wish our paths meet again in the game.
