I've had the privelage of working with Michael for the past couple of years. Michael was in charge of handling customer accounts and customer service while I was overseeing the scheduling for Compact Disc, DVD and Print manufacturing. We worked together in resolving issues as they would arise. Michael was excellent when handling customer service questions and issues. Michael is also very savy when it comes to the technical end of disc manufacturing, printing and knowing what the customer expects in terms of quality.
