  The Lights Up team have been running theatre programs in Vancouver since 2006, creating Lights Up Musical Theatre Schools in 2016. We provide weekly musical theatre classes, after school programs and week-long seasonal camps for children and teens aged between 3 and 18 years of age.We continue to grow as Vancouver’s premier children’s theatre program, with more than 1,100 children enrolled in our programs in the Lower Mainland each week of the school term, and hundreds more attending our yearly Spring Break and Summer Camps.As the Founder and Director of Lights Up, I am responsible for the day-to-day management, operations and strategic direction of this leading institution, while building a team of talented and highly skilled theatre staff around me. I also oversee several of our locations in Vancouver, as I view it as essential to the success of Lights Up for our management to have front-line experience running the schools and working directly with our students and families in order to make the business the best that it can be. One of my goals is to optimize our business processes and increase operational efficiencies.
