Mike is a detail oriented manager who can focus on the immediate project at hand while keeping the long term financial objectives in check. In some cases we did not see eye to eye, but he always listened to my suggestions or concerns and acknowledged my actions.

Mr. Torres is a very detailed and "on the ball" individual. Often referred to as the "glue" for our program at DOD Army, Mike was always there to sort out various program issues, technical problems, provide guidance, direction, and help manage what was deemed as a very dynamic and often changing program for the Army's ADCCP program. Another great person working for Nisga'a Data Systems.
