  This multifaceted position has numerous responsibilities, including: - Planning, organizing and overseeing the Forest City Youth Film Festival (FCYFF) and Ontario Youth Film Festival (OYFF) - Promoting, securing and supporting school-board memberships in the OYFF’s educational opportunities, including the Educators’ Portal, annual seminars and Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) events - Designing, organizing and promoting annual educational seminars for students and professional-development seminars for teachers - Conducting outreach to high schools and school boards to ensure full engagement in the OYFF’s educational opportunities - Working with the Marketing Manager to ensure that FCYFF and OYFF marketing channels amplify our reach - Working with the Fund Development Manager on proposals and reports to funding agencies, and ensuring all requirements for sponsor-activation compliance are met - Overseeing content of monthly newsletter for students and teachers
