I also handled relationships with many 3rd party vendors regarding IT related matters. I worked closely with the Co-Founders, Executive Director, and several other colleagues. I joined Respecting Choices at a time when IT related initiatives proved to be pivotal, and needed to be overseen to establish some much needed groundwork and direction. Successes included establishing a non-profit relationship with Salesforce, and implementing and launching a successful implementation of Salesforce as the CRM of choice along with training several colleagues on best business practices on CRM usage.
