Mike Niederquell is simply put, an amazing, incredibly driven and inspiring Sound Supervisor. I had the pleasure of working with Mike on several titles while at Sony and had the honor of leading alongside him on God of War. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better collaborator and co-leader. Even when we were having our hardest days on the project, he always found ways to lift you up, make you laugh and remember why you love what you do. Mike's creativity and energy is infectious and he's a great supervisor, who helps inspire people to do better each day. He does that all with a really calm and fun disposition. You will not be let down by Mike because he personally improves upon his own skills and is open to continually learn from others. He is someone that I would look forward to working together again and truly honored that we have worked together in our career.

Working with Mike Niederquell is something I wish everyone in the industry had the opportunity to experience. Mike is an incredible experienced leader who knows how to motivate, grow, and inspire all of his teammates equally. He is a source of constant positivity, knowledge and joy even under extreme and stressful circumstances. I owe a lot of my growth, technique, and confidence as a Sound Designer to Mike. He was the first person I worked with who saw and believed in my skills. I was constantly challenged, given fun and interesting things to work on and most of all felt heard in a group setting. Mike is a person with an open mind who welcomes collaborative, meaningful and artistic work. We need more people like Mike in the industry, no doubt about that.
