Mike joined my team at Rockwell Automation as the Communications Lead for the WPP Group. From the start, he was willing to do whatever it took to ensure a successful transition with the incumbent. He quickly adapted to the environment, made some key suggestions/improvement, and developed a good rapport with various levels of the organization (including our business partners). Unfortunately, the org hierarchy changed and the position was absorbed. If not for this change, Mike would still be a member of my team.
