I met Mike in Maryland a few months back while attended a CRS course on Listing Strategies. When we met before the event started I had no idea he would be one of the instructors that day. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. The material that he shared was very helpful. Some was reinforcing things I already knew but wasn't using to the fullest and there was lots of new information that he presented. Just last night I was going through some of my notes to refresh my memory about some of the projects I started as a result of this class and felt compelled to write a note today to say thanks again for a great presentation and the knowledge transfer.
