I have known Mike for over 9 years. His willingness to develop new creative formats for my projects and generate cost savings make Mike a valuable member of my internal circle of vendors. An example of this is recently Mike and I had worked on a project where I provide him with a sketch of a box for a new product introduction. He came up with a recommendation of how to produce it using many different types of stocks and die cuts that created a very impressive presentation to our end customers and was able to execute it on time and within budget. His knowledge and experience distinguishes him from his peers and I highly recommend Mike for your next print production project.

Mike and I worked together at Bolger Vision Beyond Print for some 14 years. I was green when I came to the company as an Account Executive. With Mikes assistance and knowledge he guided me to the top sales with the company and to the position of National Marketing Director of the Direct Mail Media for the Auction Division. Although Mike now represents another company, I not sure that one could ask for more from a Print Account Executive.

I managed the Sales, Estimating and Customer Service teams and developed the Marketing Programs for the company. Working with the President of the company we led a cultural change initiative to drive out the previous “top down” management style and convert it to a “collaborative” style. That changed helped us increase sales by 16% in year one and 9% in year 2.
