I was recruited to join this family-owned green energy company, with the charge to position the company for scale. I’ve succeeded in driving 400% growth in revenue and restructured debt, resulting in a dramatic increase in market valuation. I led the reorganization and rebranding of the business to focus solely on green energy. This tighter focus allowed us to divest more than $3M in non-core assets.
