Mike is a really capable and engaging facilitator who I worked with on an important social impact project at Deloitte to raise awareness of cyber safety and risks for families. Mike invested lots of time to understand the client brief, develop a storyboard, refined it based on subject-expert input, and then led the session. Given the COVID crisis, we were forced to run the session via Zoom - and despite this - Mike was able to suggest creative approaches to engaging the audience - which significantly improved the experience. I'm happy to act as a reference for Mike as he enters the next step in his career.
