Michael Hendrickson

I have had the honor to work with Michael on a number of projects. From the start, Michael jumped into difficult meetings, clearly articulated the required information he need (such as direction, procedures followed, product functionality, etc. ), and began assisting the teams. Being on the same team it was great that he reached out and gathered as much background as he could before advising next steps. His effort lead to a unified team that was able to implement changes for both software and cyber security issues. Michael also has strong project management knowledge, which we have used to strategize future changes and improvements to continue to better the product and processes at BD. In these meeting it is clear to see Michael truly cares about making a positive change and strive to benefit patient and users on a daily basis. Michael is an asset to the team and I look forward to working with him more.

Michael and I have been working together for four months now on a requirements tracing and validation project for a product submission. He is very professional and ethical, and he shows a real commitment to the task at hand. His historical knowledge of process improvement and risk remediation efforts are having a huge positive impact on our project and are providing real insights to the process and the team. I appreciate his knowledge and efforts and would welcome him on other projects.
