Mike is has been an incredible Operations Manager for our team. He has mastered the technique of positive reinforcement, and brings cheer to even the most challenging of situations with his great attitude and encouragement. He responds quickly and thoughtfully to moving targets, and provides insight to everyone on his team for their personal growth. I've learned a lot from Mike's leadership, and I'm grateful to have had him on my team. He introduced several streamlining solutions for the company that saved us all a lot of time, and created new processes for efficiency, especially for expenses. I would recommend Mike for any position leading a team that requires fresh perspective and process optimizing.
