  An integral member of the team managing the Maltese response to the Libya Crisis during 2011Shortly after I joined the Directorate the Libya crisis broke out in early Feb 2011. I was called to set up the Government Contingency Centre at OPM for the first time. Coordinated the set up and sat on the Contingency Committee for a year eventually chairing the committee from within the Directorate.
