Mikela directed an outstanding level of detailed emergency support during the Libya crisis. By balancing political sensitivities, safety and risk management, and adherence to aviation regulations, she represented national interests whilst developing strong international partner ties. A vibrant and confident leader, she demonstrated outstanding communication skills.

Jeremy A. Tabone

Mikela is a very sociable and caring person who immediately integrated within the company without batting an eyelid. She is diligent, motivating and very professional at her job. Another one of her good qualities is that she is able to go out of her way to help other colleagues out at any time. She is definitely a key player to have within a company!
