  I travel to locations across the Eastern half of the continental United States to deliver leadership training to youth Scouts and adult Scouters. The audiences, ranging from 30-90 individuals, attended training in order to learn about diverse aspects of leadership (i.e., personal values, learning styles) while interacting with experienced staff members in order to begin their leadership journey for the remainder of their lives.

  I served as the highest-ranking elected youth for the geographical area spanning New Jersey, Northeastern Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, and the Transatlantic Council (Europe, Central Asia, Middle East, and Africa). I oversee a yearly budget of over $30,000, manage communication strategy, as well as help plan and execute several events ranging from 100- 7,000 people in locations such as Puerto Rico, the University of Tennessee Knoxville, and the University of Colorado.Our team was able to provide scholarships to lower the costs of events and programs for Scouts, provide training and resources to local chapters, and develop relationships to ensure the organization's success and the further development of its youth leaders.
