My main business purpose is to remove assumption out of the equation and share the unique client and candidate narratives in order to get beyond surface level screenings. “The devil is in the details” and both parties have stories to share, complexity can easily distract group a group decision off course. I believe my role is served best as a moderator with the pure intent to share perspective, abilities, resources, and trajectories.
