Some of my accomplishments include: • I acquired approval for a new product category with Vizient beginning Jan. 1, 2022, adding an estimated $2.5M in new business in 2022. • Secured product segment approvals to gain primary supplier status with GPO's including Sodexo and HPS, leading to +$1.5M in revenues over two years. • Received "sole source" in product category with Vizient, bringing $4M in new sales across two-year span. • Navigated difficult supply issues, partnering internally and externally to reduce raw material supply impact reformulating products, finding new suppliers, recommending replacement products, and communicating to the trade. • I overhauled the team environment, assuming leadership and transforming the dynamic with improved coaching, 1 on 1 meetings, leadership by example, increasing staff development opportunities, and leveraging previous complaints to redefine culture with honesty and transparency. • Cultivated a strong relationship with Dutch Bros.
