I've worked with Mike and his company since April of this year. His experience and composure in the face of challenges belies his age. I have rarely worked with people that handle challenges and tasks head-on in the fashion Mike does and have suggested numerous times to his company execs that I would "steal him" in a heartbeat given the opportunity. He has pretty much singlehandedly help build our technology infrastructure from domain controllers and active directory to server builds and policies to name just a few things. Mike is an amazing "human asset" and contributor. Would love to have him on my team (rather than contract). He will always be in demand given his high work ethic.
