Mike joined us during the COVID pandemic initially as a delivery driver. I quickly saw a lot of potential in him and tried him out as one of our operation managers. To my surprise Mike quickly understood the role, managed the complex stakeholder matrix and was delivering results. As we went towards Christmas which is our busiest period Mike was able to manage two operation sites - Dublin and Limerick. Mike leaving us was a loss to the business but he left to complete his University degree and pursue his career in construction. Everyone in the company and our customers respected Mike and the value he brought and I know he will do amazing things in his life.

I began with general labouring and progressed towards semi-skilled work including groundworks and timber framing. I was given extensive training on setting out the groundworks for new residential construction projects and ensuring the correct construction of all groundworks.
