I perform plant audits to find way to improve the financial and mix performance of our plant. I do project managing of special projects like relocate asphalt plants to new markets. I manage the process from getting construction permits all the way to making the fist test mix. I did one in Terrell tx in 2014, two in Houston in 2015 and one in San Antonio in 2016/17. I also do electrical training from arc flash to basic electrical controls for our plant employees. This allows me the ability to help troubleshoot plant issues over the phone and help improve our plant uptime percentage.
