I first came across Mike on his appointment to Ansvar in Perth. He was successful in growing that office in financial terms and appeared to have a growing team of loyal and steady staff working for him. When things changed at Ansvar Mike (in hindsight) made the very sensible step to join Lumley. Mike has always worked hard to seek a solution. He is one of the few people in the insurance market that I have come across with a "lets try" attitude. Always friendly, honest and trustworthy. A great sense of humour and open for a laugh. I wish Mike well in whatever the next adventure is.
