Mike is part of a small percentage of people at Yamaha that actually talk directly to our end users on a daily basis. The position requires a delicate balance of being able to listen to the customer along with the product knowledge to get to a solution quickly. Mike does this job very well and I'm always impressed by his ability to stay calm and collected, even on the last call of the day on a Friday afternoon.
