  As security manafer, I overlooked staff, scheduling, payroll, enforced health and safety policy, investigated incidents, completed reports, dealt with undesirables and was first res ponder for injuries and incidents that occurred on property, defused arguments that got out of hand. Liaison with city police and was representative for insurance litigation.Implemented security procedures and training of security personnel. Reported health and safety hazards. Kept hotel property, staff, and guests safe.
