I have had the pleasure of working alongside Mike with Air Canada’s Line Maintenance team at LHR, Mike is a well rounded and talented engineer, who can adapt to changing situations and is efficient and effective in high pressure situations, he has a clear thought process whilst addressing and responding to defect rectification and troubleshooting, and can draw on many yers of experience along with navigating the AMM, FIM and company procedures with ease and efficiency. Mike is also an excellent team player, who was well regarded on the station, he is also very capable of leading a team with energy, contentiousness, calmly and with a sense of humour, he has excellent time keeping and always available in AOG situations, whether they are on-site or overseas.
