  Found solutions for Capital Budget, Real Estate, Long Range Demographic Planning, Architectural Design, and Community Use of Schools.He and a colleague developed a criteria-based methodology that places the entire capital needs assessment in one prioritized list. He also created and supervised the design competitions for the prototype middle and high schools with three architectural firms working side by side in public for a week. the Superintendent's Standards Review Committee was his responsibility as well.
