  As a member of the Managed Services Team at Nortel, I was tasked with reduction of the cost of business mobile services billed to the company. To optimize savings, I worked with the tools development team at Nortel while engaging external mobile vendors to create a mobility tracking application. This application was then used to communicate, to account holders, potential cost savings changes that we could automatically initiate on their behalf. I personally was responsible for: - design of the application for customer rate plan analysis and change communication. - documentation of the Mobility Savings Plan within Nortel (web development) - negotiation/interaction regarding business plan rates as well as web portal design/configuration with external mobility vendors. - management of the mobility database and tools to import/export data
