      In 1985 Mike went to work for William Markham, Broward County Property Appraiser. For twenty years Mike worked as an appraiser, supervisor, manager and director in Broward County. Since 1998 Mike Pratt has been a designated Accredited Senior Appraiser in Real Property Ad-Valorem/Mass Appraiser General with the American Society of Appraisers. Mike is an active member, past President and District Director of the American Society of Appraisers South Florida Atlantic Chapter 82.
