An experienced retailer that took a sideways step into KBB Installations in 2008. Headed up one of the first Installation Centres completing 1500 Kitchen/Bathrooms per year, initiating many of the processes to operate an Installation Centre, then providing this blueprint for the rest of the estate to follow. Moved into Divisional support roles in 2009, National Installations Stockloss Mgr in 2011, and then Divisional Manager in 2012, eventually leading B&Q's largest Installations area, covering 7 Installation Centres, with 12 direct reports, over 100 staff, and 500 sub contractors, completing 12,000 projects every year.Driven by providing an excellent experience for our customers and a desire to make life easier for everyone, including me!
