During college I worked for Umass Transit, which works in tandem under the PVTA in western Massachusetts. There I received my Class B CDL. I also maintained a perfect driving record while completing a minimum of 120 driving hours per semester; often much more than that. Responsibilities included: ● Driving 30' - 40' Transit buses in and around campus and the surrounding towns. ● Providing assistance to customers, including explaining maps and locations of services. ● Clean and maintain the interior of the bus ● Trained prospective bus drivers on test maneuvers and how to safely and efficiently drive on the road.
