  The Mayor's Penthouse on The 17th green was the most exclusive, over the top, Napa Style PGA TOUR spectator Experience west of the Waste Management Open. 5 full days of golf viewing in a custom Penthouse on the 17th Green at Silverados Resort and Spa's North course. This event was the annual crown jewel for executive level networking in the real estate and facilities sector of the SF Bay area. The Mayor was responsible for negotiating the Space design, Activation Contract package with the Lagadere Sports management group, developing the entire Mayor's Penthouse concept- exclusive rights to the Basketball Hoop mounted on the outside wall, Decor, Music, Food, Bar, Transportation, Lodging, Top shelf bar, AV , In suite+patio massage therapists, and negotiating sponsorship packages with corporations to buy shares in the Penthouse.1 This Activation produced some if the most Iconic PGA memories ever witnessed at Silverado Resort- Steph Currys famous 3 point contest with PGA golfer Harold Varner III, John Daly stopping his round to shoot 3s from the 17th green.
