I've personally known Michael since 1998 when we first worked together in Quality Assurance at Interplay. In a short time, he rose up to become Director of QA and rightfully so. Michael showed knowledge, passion, poise and fair, while managing multiple testers and projects, as well as himself. His actions and how he carried himself became the benchmark for all within the division. Shortly thereafter in 2002, he and I worked together on the Production side of Game Development at THQ, where Michael shined further. His praise from external clients equaled those working by Michael's side as a Producer with attention to detail, managing difficult timelines and budgets, as well as going above and beyond on a daily basis to bring out the best in the product. Through a successful career, being a part of major corporations and an impressive titles on his resume, Michael continues to exemplify what is best in a leader... rising the team to the occasion... having their back.. encouragement.. flexibility... attention to detail... and delivering the best at all times. He is the Leader you want for all projects all the time. He is an incredible asset and I would work with him again any day, any time.

Michael Motoda is a determined, hard working individual who will accomplish any goal placed in front of him. He has a top notch skill set stemming from his years working in all aspects of the game industry, be it as a QA tester, Associate Producer or as directer of a giant multinational QA group, where I had the privilege of working for him. Michael works very well under stressful situations and small timeframes to accomplish even the most difficult of tasks and is willing to dedicate himself to whatever set of tasks placed in front of him to ensure that the job is done correctly. Mike not only has an incredibly strong professional skill set, but he genuinely cares about the people he works with and does what he can to help his employees to develop and further their skill sets and professional goals to ensure that the team he is working with grows. Mike leaves every team better of than they were before he came. Rarely does someone come across an individual who is the best at what they do and as beloved to their employees as Michael Motoda. Michael serves as an inspiration for those of us who have worked with him. He would be a great asset to any team which any of his colleagues would heartily agree.
