  Warehouse Manager for three warehouses in three states, with a 20 person production dept as well as shipping and receiving depts. I started at CHG right before the Covid lockdowns, we are a essential industry so we were able to stay open . Although we were considered essential we had to furlough most of our Team and have since brought all of the Team back. Managing through so much uncertainly everyday, reevaluating and changing KPI's, helping write CHG's Covid 19 response action plan, ( Daily Cleaning sop's, return to work sop's, home screening sop's etc) all while moving $300k of stock a day have made my time here a very valuable learning experience.
