Hired to construct and supervise the construction of a $14.4M Police Department Facility for the Town of Bethel, CT. Work with the Landscape Architect to revise the utilities entrance onto the facility property, along with the rest of the design team and project management to produce a clearer, more coordinated set of drawings, within the first 3 weeks of joining the firm. Coordinate sub-contractors to begin land clearing, utilities entrance, site development, form foundation, erect steel, frame shell & interior, masonry, MEP-FP, interior/exterior finishes, final site finishes.

Hired as Project Superintendent for the Connecticut Market. Effectively stepped in to continue and complete construction of a 30,000 sq ft medical office building in Niantic, CT. for an expanding orthopedic practice, multiple exam rooms, 2 x-ray suites, PT room and offices. Coordinate all activities on projects with sub contractors, organize and chair sub contractor meetings, safety meetings and schedule inspections by bank, underwriters, muninciple, environmental, power and gas companies. Record all progress and daily reporting through PROCORE including daily photos.Also, was chosen to lead a school renovation and upgrade project for a prestigious private school in upstate NY, providing an Infirmary, new toilets, learning center and roofing in multiple locations on campus as well as renovation work to an historical building housing the Library, completed early and under budget.

Hired to construct and supervise high-end projects starting with GREATHORSE Clubhouse and all new infrastructure in Hampden, MA and continuing with the new Pool House and Pool, Bocce Courts, Banquet Facility, Tennis Hut and Courts, Paddle Tennis Courts, Fire Pump House/Underground Storage Tank and Employee Lounge/Water Supply Building and Additional Infrastructure for Future Rental Cottages . Provide coordination between civil, design, ownership and construction teams through scheduling and communication. Maintain QC/QA, timely completion of events and safety through continuous inspection of work in progress.

Hired to construct and supervise projects for SNET (SBC, AT&T) at multiple locations throughout Connecticut, completed all projects ahead of schedule and on or under budget, transferred to commercial division in 2004 to take over severely behind schedule school renovation. Served as substitute for Superintendents on leave or absent. Selected Projects/Accomplishments• Took control of severely behind schedule school renovation project, brought back on track by initiating second shift and bringing in in-house labor to bolster subcontractors, devised temporary trim finish to facilitate opening• Met all deadlines for a warehouse renovation and conveyor system upgrade while keeping warehouse operating• Manage multiple projects to completion ahead of schedule and under budget at various locations for telecommunications company• Complete a Parking Garage renovation 3 months ahead of schedule while maintaining working operation through constant print review with EOR and subs. Manitained over 54,000 accident free man-hours with no lost time injuries• Supervise the ground-up re-construction of The Somers Congregational Church in Somers, CT
