Mike is extremely humble in regards to his incredible accomplishments, among them the Handbook of the Streets, a guide to services in both Minneapolis and St. Paul serving as a compass for the low-income population. This remarkable tool is utilized by service providers throughout the metro area and has served as a lifesaver to so many. His compassion, strategic thinking and decidication are inspiring. A seasoned chef and a baseball fanatic, he is a great person to have on (or lead) your team!

Twin Cities Community Voice Mail adopted the new name of Open Access Connections to better reflect the organization's growth and mission. Now statewide and reaching out to North Dakota, Open Access also organizes the people who utilize its service. It is also pursuing new ways to connect low-income and homeless persons with communication tools in addition to the voice mail service it has provided since 1994. Together with Marcy Shapiro, the executive director, we worked closely with Kazoo Branding to develop the new brand identity, and with High Point Creative to develop new website design and content.
