  I am currently employed as a team leader, setting out workloads for a team of six within design education. Ensuring that turnaround times and quality are maintained. Working in a BIM 2 environment using Revit & Autocad to develop layouts for education projects. Liaising with clients and end users to meet their expectations. Sourcing furniture through exhibitions and new technology. Developing new ideas and market place trends into practical solutions for enhanced offerings for our customers. • Consulting with Architects, Building Contractors and Local Authorities on the latest SFT and PSBP projects • Working with our Sales Manager, Estimator, and Project Manager attending client engagement meetings to ensure smooth running of project • Fully proficient in Revit 2015, AutoCAD 2014 & Microsoft Office • Produce 1:50 scale plan, elevation, & isometric drawings for client approval • Produce rendered images using Autodesk Cloud Rendering to help clients further fully understand the designs • Bespoke designs such as reception counters, cabinetry, and media walls • Visiting design exhibitions across the UK & Europe • Vast understanding of Building Bulletin guidelines and other safety & compliance regulations • Creation of Drawing Issue Registers, Design Risk Assessments & Marketing Data Sheets • Adobe creative suite for catalogue, product data sheet and presentation development. During my time at Havelock Europa I have worked on a range of projects across the UK. Past projects include Cowes school on the Isle of white, North Lanarkshire PPP, Queen Mary College, University of west England, East Dunbartonshire. More current schools include Ysgol Bae Baglan, Canary Wharf college and Viewforth. Further afield I have done design work for American International school in St Petersburg amongst others. I headed up a design team in producing our new brochure which included a new website and the design of new Product Data Sheets to tie in with the launch. Show less
