Having Mike as my Regional manager during the most recent Champions programme has been of monumental value to me, and I can without a doubt say he was a crucial component in my success this summer. Having made the steep jump from Fundraiser to Team Leader, his constant support throughout made an intensive 11 programme one of the most enjoyable and fulfilling. I was one of 20 undergraduates to have the honour of working in Mike’s team for an intense 11 week summer internship with Champions Life Academy. During the 11 weeks, Mike’s leadership qualities shone through as not only is he undoubtedly an intelligent individual, as proved with an excellent academic record, his good judgement and excellent man-management skills was hugely important on many occasions as he provided incredible support for all the interns during the placement.
