Mike Mayhew founded Mayhew Performance in 2020. He holds a post graduate in Mine Engineering and Project Management. He was key in developing the first Z40 (40 Tonne Truck) from design to site implementation with Kirkland Lake Gold. He is the only professional to ever complete the full manufacturing cycle-from proof of concept to final implementation at the Mine. He was Mine Superintendent at Kirkland Lake Gold Macassa Mine as well as being instrumental in the Integration of the Shaft4 Sinking Project in Kirkland Lake, Ontario Canada.He has over 28 years of surface and underground mining experience with a demonstrated history of delivering exceptional results and executing on target under tight deadlines. Specializing in Innovation, Technology, Project Delivery and Execution, he has a wide Network and built Solid Relationships across the mining sector not to mention effective Negotiation Skills , Supply Chain and Operations Management.
