In the last 2 years that I have worked with Mike, he has been instrumental in delivering multiple client/stakeholder funded projects with aggressive timeliness and several cross-functional dependencies. He quickly became the go-to-person for the teams with differing opinions, to resolve sticky situations and conflicts. He always remained professional and tactful, and all those who worked with him valued him for his consistency and objectiveness of problem resolution. Mike's tactical management of program deliverables, excellent written and verbal communication skills not only made each team member's task clear, but provided management ongoing updates on the health of the projects. He takes his project to heart and never misses a deadline and never tires until he has a resolution path. Mike's communication strengths, people skills, and, work ethics would make him a valuable addition to any team.

I was the business owner and Mike was the IT analyst on two Credit Management Projects during 2007-09. Mike was very detailed in his IT solutions work and was a key driver to deliver critical functionality to our Credit Management team. He was heavily involved in solution design, QA testing, data migration and delivery. Since that time our paths crossed periodically for project work, or clarification on initial project decisions. Recently, Mike was pulled into another Credit Management projects with Cisco Capital. As a cross-flow-team project manager, Mike engaged with the Credit and Capital Teams to ensure the project received the correct level of support from the Invoice to Cash Team. It was a pleasure working with Mike. His calming force is always needed when delivering critical projects. I'm sure his future will continue to be bright.
