  Part of the Network Team in the ITS Department. My role is to manage and maintain all office, wireless, and mobile telecommunications devices for the campus in a Cisco/VoIP environment.

• • Aug 2011 - Dec 2012

  This last fall I began teaching a course (in a addition to my other duties for the college IT Department) for the ITT Program at Century College. This course is called Telephony Systems. Its focus is to orient students with traditional telephony systems/PSTN and contrast them with more modern packetized/VoIP voice environments.

• • Dec 2007 - Dec 2008

  Part of the Workstation Support Team-administered and maintained all faculty desktop workstations, as well as laptops, tablets, Palms, etc. Also worked in a part time capacity with the college Avaya phone system.
