Mike is an expert in many technologies and I would consider him 'guru' level managing complex Citrix and SCCM environments. Mike is also an expert in the Microsoft stack of technologies and is my go-to for questions I might have. Mike has fixed issues many other IT professionals couldn't and he always brings alternative ideas to reduce risk during change. Mike has also taken over responsibility from our previous Senior Infrastructure Analyst being able to quickly learn new technologies he wasn't an expert on.
