  Founded in 1970 by Joe Hand Sr. and his family, JHP provides pay per view and closed circuit sporting events to its nationwide audience of over 5000 establishments. More recently Joe has established the Joe Hand Boxing Gym and Computer Lab that serves as a learning center and safe haven for the community. He takes great pleasure in seeing children enter the gym with a gym bag on one shoulder and a school bag over the other.My role is to find ways to develop new customers for our services and maintain those we have already established.   WYSP(currently WIP-FM) is a commercial FM radio station licensed to serve Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The station is owned by CBS Radio and broadcasts a sports format. During my 10 year career, I progressed through a number of positions. I was initially hired as an intern in 1999, and for two years I functioned as a Collections Assistant responsible for calling advertisers who were past due on payments. From 2001 to 2003 my position changed to Continuity Assistant with the responsibility to coordinate between the advertising agencies and the commercial producers at the radio station. Additionally, I worked as Board Operator from 2001to 2008, producing radio shows when DJs were broadcasting from a remote location and also worked as Football Producer for the Philadelphia Eagles Radio Pre-Game and Post-Game shows from 2001 to 2006. After heading the Continuity Department, I finished my career as Traffic Manager, scheduling commercials & overseeing the continuity director/department from 2005-2008. Show less
