      Greater Seattle Area In 2010 I started Climbing Out Of Homelessness to change everyone's thinking about homeless people. In our 7 years of successful alpine mountaineering, we have led 31 homeless climbers to the summit of MT Rainier, and more to the top of Mt Hood.       Tacoma, WA Founded in 1912, The Rescue Mission grew to rounghly $5m by 2007. In 2012 it began experiencing financial, legal and organizational challenges. I had the privilege of leading this great mission back into stability and growth. We completely rebuilt the development team, growing revenue by 30% over three years. Reserves grew from $1,613.00 to over $2.2m. The donor base stopped shrinking and started growing as the community once again became excited about The Rescue Mission.
