Employed as the Events Controller for Bidfood, the UK’s No.1 food wholesaler who employs over 5000 people in this country with similar businesses in over 30 countries worldwide. My team and I manage over 100 events per year across the UK, ranging from fun and engaging sales conferences for 250 business managers, awards dinners for up to 350 guests, exhibitions with over 150 suppliers exhibiting their products to our 300+ visiting customers, video and graphic production, and a wide selection of other events and services.During my time in this role I was also seconded into helping manage the Marketing department for a year, where I also supported the build of a brand new website, and trial a depot wide digital comms infrastructure.
