  Establish the Gauteng Branch of the company. The position required me to research both these markets with the intention of establishing a company that would provide both a Retail Finance opportunity to SME businesses the revenue generation of which will be used to enter the SME market with an Asset Rental Company providing asset rentals for this market. Staff employment. Research and establish B2B Partners who sold products into the Retail trade where there was a potential to fund these products due to the lack of rental and alternative finance from the banks. Key focus for partners was in the IT, POS Systems and software supply, Equipment, copiers, catering etc. Manage application processes and site visits, analysis of the customer cash flow and capital cash requirements, preparing and submission of reports including justification for credit approval, decline. Monthly customer evaluation and visits to ensure compliance to credit terms, repayments and identification of potential advances and growth opportunities.
