For over a decade, Financial Advisers in the UK have been able to offer their investment clients enhanced service and a wider choice of products following the introduction of on-line investment platforms. These platforms now dominate the UK market, accounting for the majority of new investment flows and assets of £326.4bn at the end of 2014. The successful take-up of platforms, allied to swingeing regulatory changes to the investment market has resulted in the UK being seen as a centre of excellence for investment management. Novia Global has used this UK experience to provide Financial Advisers and Trust Companies similar tools in order for them to provide their offshore clients the same high level service and choice available in the UK. Founded in 2014, Novia Global will offer a multi-currency platform for use initially in the Crown dependencies, the euro zone and Switzerland. Planned development will cover Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore. Novia is based in the centre of the World Heritage City of Bath. Show less

Castle Trust is a new type of financial institution, created to address some of the key challenges in the housing market faced by investors and home owners. Our products enable investors and home owners to share the costs and returns of housing in a way which has not previously been possible. Castle Trust will offer investors fixed term investments for 3, 5 or 10 years with returns in excess of national house prices (the Halifax House Price Index ("HHPI")) from £1,000, which qualify for tax-efficient vehicles, eg SIPPs & ISAs. These funds will provide an important new source of funding for the mortgage market, in the form of Partnership Mortgages. Income HouSAs provide a fixed income every 3 months as well as giving you the full returns of the HHPI. So, whether house prices rise or fall, you will outperform them by the income you receive. Growth HouSAs outperform the HHPI over the term you choose, whether house prices rise or fall. If the HHPI is higher at the end of your chosen term, you will earn more than the increase, if the HHPI is lower at the end, you will lose less than the decrease. A Castle Trust Partnership Mortgage is a mortgage for 20% of the value of your home. Unlike a traditional mortgage, where the amount you repay depends on interest rates, the amount you repay on a Partnership Mortgage depends on the change in value of your home. Also, you control when you repay a Partnership Mortgage. For further information go to www.castletrust.co.uk Show less
