I have worked with and managed Mike for over 2 years, in that time he has become a loyal, highly valued member of the team. Mike is extremely knowledgable and an excellent negotiatiator, who always acts honestly and with integrity. He has an eye for detail and is regarded by his suppliers across the various categories he has worked within FMCG, as a very good communicator who forms close working relationships with them. Given half a chance, I would not hesitate to employ Mike again, he is a hard working, trustworthy and a really concientious person with great all round inter-personal skills.
